We are looking for two forward thinking and dynamic individuals to join the senior team within Healthcare Directorate. You will be highly motivated strategic thinkers who are team players with a leadership style that is strong, collaborative and influential. Most of all you will possess the confidence and credibility to inspire and take people with you and be ready to take on the challenge of supporting charitable principles in the complex and competitative environment of the health and social care market.

This key post will lead the development of the healthcare directorate's new business identifying commercial opportunities and service expansion fostering innovative partnerships while providing key business support services to our various internal service units.

You will lead on strategy, business planning and performance management, having the opportunity to strengthen our market position, develop service strategies, ensure operational efficiency and maximize income. You will have a track record of: developing and exploiting business opportunities across a complex business environment through various business models; the ability to drive high performance management culture; significant experience of providing business support services.
