Thorpe Hall Fundraiser - Gary's Loss is Sue Ryder Care's Gain

Gary Clarke will complete the 93-mile length of the Peddars Way and the North Norfolk Coastal Path to raise money for Sue Ryder Care - Thorpe Hall Hospice, Peterborough. 

Gary has two reasons for doing the walk, he continued: “I was inspired to do the walk because Sue Ryder Care - Thorpe Hall looked after my great aunt in her last days before she passed away just over 10 years ago.  “Also, this is a bit of a personal journey for me as over the last 12 months, I have lost five stone in weight so I can now really enjoy the activities I have always liked but was never fit enough to do. Now it’s catch up time.” 

Gary left Wells this morning and has now reached Salthouses.  He has plenty of blisters and plenty of enthusiasm to finish the walk.
