Gift of Shares

Making a gift of shares to Sue Ryder Care can be a highly tax effective way of supporting our work.

In addition to the benefit to the charity, you, the donor, can benefit from tax relief in two ways:

  • Income Tax relief on the value of the shares
  • Exemption from Capital Gains Tax
